To whom it may concern,
I've known and worked with Jon Richardson for 8 months. I'm convinced there isn't a better Network Engineer out there. Jon has an extremely wide breadth of knowledge and is both patient and courteous. These are the best qualities to have when working in the IT field.
Jon is careful in all his actions, making sure all options and assumptions are considered when developing a solution for a customer. Because of this, the job is always done right the first time and in less time than with others.
Most important, Jon is honest and fair. I've never worried about security exposures or the cost of work done by Jon because I know he will tell me the truth when it comes to a an IT job.
I highly recommend working with Jon because of his skill, knowledge, methodology, dependability, honesty and character.
