Rationale

"Do you know what you own?"

It seems like such an obvious question when you are sitting at your dining room table surrounded by your family and belongings.  “All this stuff,” might be your answer.

The question is harder to answer if all that remains is a pile of ashes, or splinters strewn half way across the county.  If you find yourself the victim of a catastrophic disaster or a burglary, your insurance adjuster will want to know what you lost.  It is in the hopes of preserving your investment in personal property that this organizational system has been developed.

  • A digital photo survey is take of the assets in your home, organized by rooms.
  • Inventory detail sheets are given that make it a snap to survey other categories of assets.
  • A binder is assembled with this information and blank templates for expansion and updating.
  • All of your photos are copied onto a CD for off-site safe keeping.
